PHILIPSBURG:— Thirteen band members of the Generation New Status STM Band along with three mentors and Band Leader Urmain “Youmay” Dormoy recently traveled to Miami, where they performed at the American University of the Caribbean (AUC) graduation ceremonies on Saturday, May 18th at the University of Miami Watsco Center. The band has performed each year at the university’s commencement ceremonies in St. Maarten for the past nine years.
