PHILIPSBURG:— The SXM Reads campaign, along with the Philipsburg Jubilee Library is bringing to the general public a literacy screening program to read, read, read, and here is an opportunity to test your reading skills. This will take place from 11 am to 1pm at the library on Saturday June 11th.
This Literacy screening will be done online; and will last 12 minutes. Within this short time you will be able to prove to yourself your reading efficiency!
Your results will be given to you privately and there are tutors who will assist you regardless of your outcome of the results.
Whether you’re a student, editor, secretary, or a store clerk, come be a part of this exercise. Everyone is welcome.
The purpose of this exercise is to have the general public be aware that reading and understanding what you have read is essential.
Do not miss this opportunity on June 11th at your library from 11 am to 1pm
