PHILIPSBURG— On Friday, November 13th, Minister of VSA, Richard Panneflek, and Minister of ECYS drs. Rodolphe Samuel signed a “use agreement” regarding the use of a mobile pavilion owned by Country, St. Maarten, to be used and operated by the Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIAE) for the upcoming season.
With the damages caused by Irma, PJIAE has been operating with limited space.
