THE HAGUE:--- The 19th annual EU-OCT Forum and Overseas Countries and Territories Association (OCTA) Ministerial conference was held from November 18-22, 2022 in Nouméa, New Caledonia. The Honourable Minister Plenipotentiary, Mr Rene Violenus headed the delegation which consisted of Ms Carol Voges, the EU representative for Sint Maarten and Director at the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary and Ms Nikima Hickinson, Senior Policy Advisor at the department of BAK.
