PHILIPSBURG:--- On Friday, October 14, 2022, the Towing Policy of the Ministry of Justice was published in the National Gazette. The absence of clear parking and towing policy plan in St. Maarten has been causing challenges for a number of years, including transport disarray, abandoned cars, and problematic towing practice. The Ministry of Justice is tasked with realizing effective enforcement of parking offenses and the promotion of public road safety.
