PHILIPSBURG:--- It was about a month ago, that the minister of TEATT, Mr. Lawrence said that he had made a proposal to “offer relief to consumers at the pumps”. The minister went on to say that he had received the support of the council of ministers before he made the announcement publicly. In fact, the minister stated that he “had collaborated with his colleagues, the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Finance.
