GED is updating their testing standards

Pond Island:— USM, as of May 1, 2017 the General Educational Development (GED) organization will be introducing the new 2014 GED Test to all international testing centers. As the University of St. Martin (USM) offers the GED exam as part of the Pre-USM program and is an official testing center for GED, we would like to keep the public informed of the following:

– The scores from the 2002 GED Test will not be transferrable after March 2017.
– USM is urging all persons that may need to retake any of the current exams to do so before March 31, 2017.

If a candidate failed an exam within the current testing system and do not retake the test prior to March 2017, they will need to re-sit all the exams in the new 2014 GED Exam system.
