PHILIPSBURG:— On February 22nd the NPOwer project of the 4C Foundation hosted the first NPO (non for profit organization) workshop conference, “It Takes (more than) Two to Tango”. Well, resulting from that successful event where over 75 NPOs were in attendance, participants voiced their need of wanting more professional development opportunities. According to NPOwer Coordinator, Cassandra Richardson, “the people spoke, and NPOwer listened.”
