PHILIPSBURG:---The Ombudsman of Sint Maarten, Gwendolien Mossel was recently elected with overwhelming support as a Director of the Caribbean & Latin American Region of the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI). With her election, Ms. Mossel joins her colleague, the Ombudsman of Curaçao Mr. Keursly Concincion, on the Board of Directors of the IOI.
