PHILIPSBURG:--- In connection with the upcoming Heineken Regatta which is scheduled to take place starting March 3rd through March 6th 2016 representatives of the organizing committee from the Heineken Regatta met with representatives from the Fire Department, Ambulance Services, Coast guard and the Police department. The Heineken regatta over the last few years has been growing and this year it is expected to grow even larger. The meeting was held at the Philipsburg Police Head Quarters to discuss the entire program, the security and safety measures to be taken and also improve the working relation between the emergency services. This meeting was fruitful and was the first of future meeting to be held in connection with major yearly event.
