MARIGOT:—The Our Land Matters initiative is relentless in bringing attention to issues surrounding the land rights of Saint Martiners’/ Sint Maarteners’. With continued support from the community as well as the need to unite and take a stand against the ills that continue to disrupt our harmonious existence on the island, the Our Land Matters initiative is holding a Christmas Festival Village on December 10, 2016 from 11 am – 10 pm at the entrance of sign of former Boo Boo Jam.
The Christmas Village is a day of old time Saint Martin jollification, where families, supporters, friends and lovers of Saint Martin can come together and enjoy a fulfilled day. Variation of festive booths to include; Cake Princess (Tarts & Cakes), Crafts, Toys, Sorbet, Soup, Natural Juices, and Mohito Lemon to quench the adult’s thirst. There will be food, drinks and entertainment by DJ Spooney and Tanny and The Boys. This Fund family day will also include face painting and Christmas Decoration. “Our Land Matters” would like to thank all that have supported this cause as we continue our plight for justice and wish all Merry Christmas.
