Police investigating attempted armed robbery committed at Paradise Casino.

PHILIPSBURG:---The Special Robbery Unit is presently investigating an attempted armed robbery at the Paradise casino on Welfare road. The first call came in at the Central Emergency Dispatch at approximately 12.20 p.m. Detectives were on scene to investigate, however the details to the attempted robbery was not available during press time. A subsequent press release will be sent as soon as more details become available.
