FRENCH QUARTER/ MARIGOT:--- The President of the French Quartier Conseil de Quartier (Community Council) has issued a strong call to the RSMA government led by President Loui Mussington to maintain the promises made to the people of the French Quarter during the March 2022 Territorial Election.
Gumbs is very much concerned about the blocked waterways that can cause flooding in the event of heavy rainfall and hurricane. He said it has been a routine for the government to clean the waterways every year in the area ...
