PHILIPSBURG:--- Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs said she has recused herself regarding matters relating to Princess Juliana International Airport and the dismissal of his Chief Operating Officer. Jacobs said she did not attend the urgent meeting called by the shareholder that was held on Tuesday.
