PHILIPSBURG:--- The process to execute the repairs on Martin Luther King School is taking way too long says Minister of Education Rodolphe Samuel on Wednesday.
Samuel said that the bids were out and the selection was also completed however, he is not allowed to take part in the bidding process. The Minister of Education said the last update he received was that the contracts were being vetted. He said when that part of the process is completed then the contracts will be awarded to those that won the bids.
