GREAT BAY (DCOMM):--- In connection with World Breastfeeding Week (WBW), Collective Prevention Service (CPS), a department in the Ministry of Public Health, Social Development and Labour, would like to remind the community that its 2nd Breastfeeding Photo Competition is currently underway.
Persons can send in their photographs up until August 11. Pictures submitted after the aforementioned date will be disqualified.

The rules of the competition are as follows: Photographs must not be older than two years; Pictures must be submitted by the mother or partner; Watermarks are not acceptable; and the pictures will be judged.
WBW is celebrated every year from 1 to 7 August in more than 170 countries to encourage breastfeeding and improve the health of babies around the world.
Breastfeeding is the best way to provide infants with the nutrients they need. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding starting within one hour after birth until a baby is six months old.
