Sint Maarten Lions Club celebrates its Anniversary at the Anglican Church.

PHILIPSBURG:--- In observance of their 52nd Anniversary of service to this community, members of the Sint Maarten Lions Club attended a Thanksgiving Mass last Sunday at the SS. Simon & Jude Anglican Church, Back Street. They were joined by members of the Sint Maarten Alpha Leo Club and Sint Maarten Omega South Leo Club.

At the beginning of the Service, Lions Club President Lion John Schaminee was invited by the Venerable Archdeacon Terrence Rawlins, Parish Priest of the Anglican Church St. Maarten/St. Martin, to light the pink candle on the Advent wreath.
