PHILIPSBURG:--- The St. Maarten Communications Union (SMCU) has filed a rebuttal of the referendum called by the government mediator Ms. Loblack.
Based on a letter sent on October 3th 2022 the SMCU indicated to the government mediator that the company mentioned in the June 9th, 2022 email indicating that the company mentioned in public notice did not have employees in it.
Besides that, the SMUC identified a number of discrepancies which they again mention in their rebuttal of the said referendum.
