Dear people of Saint Martin, both South and North, our sisters and brothers in Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Suriname - and to the indigenous people of this region and the people of the wider diasporas across the Caribbean and Atlantic Worlds;
