PHILIPSBURG: — Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs announced on Wednesday that St. Maarten is yet to receive the NAF39M that was promised by the Netherlands. The NAF39M is the 3rd tranche of the liquidity support that was expected earlier this year but was delayed due to the petition filed by the parliament of St. Maarten to the United Nations.
