PHILIPSBURG:— The Police Juvenile Department is presently investigating a stabbing which took place on Thursday March 31st just after 01.00 p.m. on a school bus close to the gas station in St. Peters. The stabbing was between the same students involved in the brawl which took place on Thursday March 17thduring which a student was stabbed.
The 17 year old student that was stabbed on March 17th decided to retaliate by stabbing two persons (the same persons that stabbed him). This incident was in retaliation of the first stabbing. In this case two students were injured. One of the two students that were stabbed remained for treatment at the St. Maarten Medical Center (SMMC) while the other was released. The 17 year old suspect with initials E.S. who was the victim in the first stabbing incident was arrested by police and remains in custody for further investigation while his attackers remains free.
