Pond Island:--- TelEm Group’s mobile provider, TelCell will be handing out three times the number of FREE sim cards given to members of the public in a massive sim card promotion last year. According to promotion organizers, the mobile company TelCell, will be randomly giving out 1,500 SIM Cards this year, compared to the 500 given out last year.
