PHILIPSBURG:—  As part of their ongoing partnership, CC1 St. Maarten & Prime Distributors presented a donation of $1,500.00 to the Be The Change Foundation for a drink special featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka sold during the 2019 SXM Festival.
