PHILIPSBURG:— The Honorable Minister of Justice, Anna E. Richardson has signed the Ministerial Regulation (MR) formalizing a pilot initiative within the Dutch Caribbean, whereby traveling with identity cards (ID Card/sedula/Cedula) in the Caribbean region is permissible.
