Well known St. Maarten national wanted by the Dominican Republic.

PHILIPSBURG:--- A well-known man from St. Maarten identified as Francois Carter, Alexis is wanted by the judicial system of the Dominican Republic.
The information on the 45 year old man is on the wanted persons list of the Interpol website. Carter is wanted for ESTAFA while it also states that he is wanted for prosecution and to serve jail time.
On Thursday police on St. Maarten arrested a man that is also wanted by the Dominican Republic. The man was is accused of having sexual relations with minors.
