GREAT BAY – The status of the draft 2018 budget is “very healthy,” Finance Minister Richard Gibson said at yesterday’s council of Ministers press briefing. “The budget has been approved by the council of Ministers and it is now at the council of Advice. “Given the timing it looks like we are ahead of the game and that this year it will be in parliament before September 1.”
