St.maarten – While it looks that there is still an awful lot of work to be done, coordinator erno Labega sticks to the deadline of August 15 for the completion of the new government administration building on Pond Island. The Council of Ministers is expected to move into the fourth floor of the building by September 1. “In case we miss the august 15 deadline, we still have a little cushion,” Labega said yesterday afternoon during a tour of the building.

Prime Minister William Marlin had promised the tour during last week’s press briefing and he was good for his word.
