Rumari “King Rumer” Rogers competed in the Soca Monarch competition in Tortola, BVI yesterday. He is currently the 3-peat Road March King of St. Maarten. Minister Silveria Jacobs (Education, Culture, Youth and Sport) and the government wished Rogers much success.
