PHILIPSBURG:— MP Wescot for more than a year, has been addressing the issue of e-cigarettes and “vaping” amongst the school-going population on St. Maarten, with primarily the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health and the Minister of Education, Drs. R. Samuel.
