St. Maarten News – Victor A.R. and Ingrid F. remain behind bars, the Court in First Instance ruled yesterday. The 81-year-old R. and his 55-year-old wife had asked the court on Wednesday for their release, citing health issues.
The two suspects, as well as their two sons – 24 and 27 years of age – are also both in jail for charges of importing, possession, selling firearms and for money laundering.
