St. Maarten News – Patrick Grayham has received a Buma Award for his contribution on the certified gold song Shotgun by Yellow Claw. Buma Awards are awarded by the Dutch collection society for composers and music publishers Buma/Stemra for the most sold and most listened songs.
Shotgun by Yellow Claw – Buma Award
“Shotgun” is a song by Dutch electronic trio Yellow Claw, featuring vocals by the singer Rochelle. It was released by Spinnin’ Records and reached the top 10 in the Netherlands and in Belgium. Moreover, Shotgun has received over 79 million views on YouTube. This spring Grayham will be travelling to New York and Los Angeles to work on more music projects in addition to his own new music.
Grayham first came to notice with the release of his platinum single Fire which stayed at the top of the Caribbean music charts for many weeks. Grayham is signed to a multi-year publishing deal with the world’s largest music publisher Sony/ATV.
