WILLEMSTAD – The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Curacao has asked the Common Court of Justice to declare that there was mismanagement at the government-owned companies Refineria di Kòrsou, Aqualectra and Curoil. The request is based on a report by Mr. Willems into the state of affairs at the three companies. The prosecutor’s office also asked the court to pinpoint those who are responsible for the mismanagement and to oblige the three companies to authorize someone to do everything that is necessary to claim the damages from those responsible.
