PHILIPSBURG:— On Wednesday, June 14th, 2023, a “Missing Person” report was filed at the Philipsburg Police Station by Kadessa Zinhagel’s mother. Kadessa was born on Sint Maarten on December 24th, 2009.
Kadessa was last seen by her guardian, Miss Christine Kal Anderson, on Tuesday, June 13th, 2023, leaving their residence located at Maracas Drive #17.
Kadessa is approximately 5’5″ tall with a slim build, dark brown complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. It is unknown what she was last wearing when she left the residence.
