St.maarten – The University of St. Martin (USM) hosts a political debate on TuesdaySeptember 13, themed Millennials with a Purpose. One candidate from each party that contests the elections – aged between 25 and 45 – will take part in the debate. Two moderators will ensure that the debate is kept professional, objective, respectful, and focuses on the prevalent local issues.
Subjects that will be covered during the debate include economic development, education, environment, social affairs, crime, safety and security, health and governance.
