Residents of a district receiving relief aid compliments of the ACE Group of Companies.\n\n
PHILIPSBURG--Around 650 families have benefited from the relief bags that ACE Group of Companies has been distributing in the various districts for the last few Sundays.\n\n
The relief packages consisted of sugar, rice, oil, flour, corned beef, chicken sausages, milk and canned vegetables. Water and tarpaulins were also distributed to those who needed them.\n\n
The relief project was funded by Ace Group of Companies. The relief bags were distributed to places where people were having difficulty, with the assistance of ACE employees and volunteers from the Filipino Community of St Maarten.\n\n
Many of the recipients said they were grateful for the relief items, as they were needed at this time.
