ANGUILLA–The government of Anguilla, like several other countries in the Caribbean, is to implement a “Residency by Investment” programme as part of its medium-term agenda. It will allow non-belongers to immediately acquire permanent residency status in Anguilla by making a financial contribution to the island and after proving to be of good health and good character.
The government is to host an information session on the subject that will show the purpose and benefits of the programme, give a preview of the proposed Residency by Investment programme, the application process and fees, and its plans for implementation.
The information session will take place at the Teachers’ Resource Centre, on Thursday, August 23, at 6:00pm. The general public is invited and encouraged to attend.
