PHILIPSBURG–The Police Traffic Department responded to a traffic accident between a car and a motorcycle without any licence plate on Middle Region Road in front of Win Li Supermarket at 2:15pm Tuesday.

According to police, the driver of the car came from the direction of Defiance Road and made a left turn while the motorcycle rider came from the opposite direction and did not give the car preference, causing a head-on collision.
