Breastfeeding photos showing  parents’ empowerment wanted  | THE DAILY HERALD

PHILIPSBURG–Government’s Collective Prevention Services (CPS) is seeking breastfeeding photos that reflect the 2019 World Breastfeeding Week theme, “Empower Parents, Enable Breastfeeding.” The deadline for submitting photos to the competition is August 14.

This is CPS’ fourth annual breastfeeding photo competition. The competition’s goal is to enhance the beauty surrounding breastfeeding, and to encourage and enlighten mothers about the importance of breastfeeding.

Photographs must not be older than two years, must be submitted by the mother or partner, and must not have watermarks. Submissions must include the participant’s name, telephone number, a photo description, and a note about why breastfeeding was chosen.

Photos submitted after August 14 will be disqualified. Photos should be submitted to

sxmyouthhealthcare@gmail.com.
