Three months after superyacht “Ecstasea” smashed into and destroyed the control booth of the Simpson Bay bridge while trying to enter the lagoon, workers were seen on Wednesday installing a protective metal grill and wooden covering where the former booth once stood.
Now bridge operators will have some protection from the elements as they carry out their daily tasks.
