Ambulance officials rushed to a car accident in front of Tropicana Casino on Welfare Road in Cole Bay on Wednesday morning just after midnight. The driver of a white car slammed into a wall and broke both of his arms. He was transported to St. Maarten Medical Center for further treatment.
