CAY HILL–As a major supplier of beverages, CC1 St. Maarten has been and will be donating beverages for a number of the breast cancer awareness events being held this month by the Positive and Elektralyets Foundations.

CC1 donated beverages for the Pink Parade on October 5, and will be doing the same at upcoming events such as Motorworld’s Car Care, Breast Care event, Paint it Pink at Kooyman, Celebrity Waiter at Emilio’s, Moonlight Meditation, and the Pink Phit Phabulous Walkathon on October 28.

The Motorworld event will feature a cosmos and strawberry mojito station, Tequila Rose sampling and Dasani sparkling water tastings to ensure that the attendees have a great time while being part of this community awareness initiative.

“CC1 St. Maarten is the major sponsor of beverages for events this pink month with the Elektralyets and Positive Foundations,” it was stated in a press release on Wednesday. “Breast Cancer does not only affect the diagnosed patient, but their husbands, coworkers and their family members and our community. This is the reason why it is important for the business sector to continue their support towards bringing and spreading awareness via the right channels.”

Elektralyets and Positive Foundations thanked CC1 for its continued support and dedication to the cause and for supporting the foundations over the last decade.

“We look forward to their continued support in aiding the foundations with their ‘Feel it, Find it, Fight it’ breast awareness campaigns in the future. Staying hydrated at the various events, activities and workshops is extremely important and we are happy that CC1 supports us in every way to help all participants quench their thirst and enjoy a nice cocktail.”
