This designation recognizes individuals who deliver exceptional service by engaging with their guests and creating memorable experiences. Recognized worldwide, the CGSP designation is the highest acknowledgement of awarding-winning guest service for employees in the hospitality and tourism industry.
Resort General Manager Anne-Marie Brooks congratulated the team members on their achievement and commitment to hospitality.
