SIMPSON BAY–Chuchubi Foundation and Pineapple Pete restaurant have embarked on a new project: recognizing twenty outstanding Pupils of the Month from the various elementary schools who have performed well during the month.
This project started in November 2016. The first pupils selected by their teachers were of the Methodist Agogic Centre (MAC) Browlia Maillard Campus; the second group, hosted in December 2016, was from the MAC Rev. John A. Gumbs Campus.
A Chuchubi Foundation committee will be contacting the other schools to seek their participation in this project, which will continue for the next 10 months.
The Foundation thanked the management of Pineapple Pete for their support and enthusiasm in being the corporate sponsor of this project. The board and members of Chuchubi Foundation also wished the entire population a blessed holiday season and a prosperous, healthy and happy New Year.
