A crash involving a public transportation bus that avoided hitting another vehicle that stopped suddenly in front of it took place on Wednesday evening.

The bus swerved into the parking lot of The Daily Herald, hitting a parked car and pushing it straight against a hurricane shutter of the newspaper’s building.  According to the bus driver, the car in front of it stopped on the roadside and a man walked out of it crossing the street. As the bus approached the stopped vehicle, another car was right behind him coming at full speed. To avoid a three-way accident, he swung his bus into the parking lot and unfortunately hit the parked car. No persons were injured during the accident.
