PHILIPSBURG–The St. Maarten Chamber of Commerce and Industry (COCI) urges businesses to register for its next “Grow Your Business with COCI” workshop, which will be held on Thursday, November 21.
The workshop will be given by Adelena Chandler-Schaap and will be about Human Resources, which are a key asset of any business operation. The workshop will take place at the COCI Conference Room from 7:00 to 8:30pm.
Persons interested in attending must register and pay a registration fee of US $20 per person. Seating is limited and potential attendees are urged to register as soon as possible. Registration can be done via email to

COCI will give “a special gift” to participants who attend the first five workshops in its series up until the end of 2019.
The other workshops planned are December 12, on the topic Online Marketing, to be facilitated by Member of Parliament Rolando Brison; January 30, 2020, on the topic Customer Service, to be delivered by Glen Yeung; February 20, on the topic Bureau of Intellectual Property (BIP), to be delivered by Vincentia Rosen-Sandiford; and March 26 on Financial Planning by Ahmed Bell.
The workshop series is being organised in connection with COCI’s 40th anniversary.
