Conference debate on mediation on May 24 | THE DAILY HERALD

MARIGOT–As part of the agreement signed in 2018, the Bar Association of Guadeloupe, St. Martin and St. Barths, in partnership with the St. Martin Chamber of Commerce CCISM invites business leaders and anyone concerned to a conference/debate on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the Maison des Entreprises – 10 Rue Jean Jacques Fayel in Concordia, on the topic of mediation.

For both business leaders and litigants, the aim is to reveal alternative dispute resolution systems, particularly through mediation, thanks to the intervention of two mediating lawyers of the Bar of Guadeloupe, St. Martin and St. Barthélemy; Maître Karine Linon and Maître Elisabeth Calonne, with Vice-President of the Labor Court of Basse-Terre Michel Vogel and Magistrate temporarily acting at the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Basse-Terre as well the function of magistrate in the “Chambre détachée” of the court of St. Martin,Gilles Combredet.

Come out in numbers to exchange around the measures put in place and benefit from the advice and support of professionals.
