Cooperation ties between the three Parliaments of the Dutch Caribbean countries and that of former kingdom partner Suriname were rekindled after a long pause during the past week in the South American nation.
The hosting delegation met with those of Curaçao, Aruba and St. Maarten in the capital Paramaribo to revive their so-called Contact Plan, which was confirmed in a written agreement stating the intention to come together at least once a year.
