Regarding the article “Hospital Physician, Health Observatory” to court hearing October 24th published August 22, it was incorrectly written that Health Destination was created by Liliane Page. Health Destination N.V. was created by Dr. Louis Jeffry only who had 100 per cent of the shares. Page and Jeffry were co-managers. During the time Page was managing director of the company there was no relationship with Observatoire de la Santé. It was also incorrectly insinuated that Health Destination did not pass on SZV money to the French hospital. This was completely untrue. All money paid by SZV and other insurances during her management was done under “guarantee of payments.” All money received by Health Destination during her management was duly paid to all the French institutions and medical specialists concerned, for services given to Dutch-side insured persons. The Daily Herald sincerely apologises to Mrs. Page for writing her full name and for any damage the article may have unintentionally caused to her reputation.
