Are you a female cyclist? Or are you interested in trying cycling out or learning more about it?
Don’t miss out on this opportunity! Trisport is creating SXM Ladies Rides for women of all levels. These events aim to create a fun, supportive and safe riding environment. It can be intimidating to ride in Sint Maarten traffic, especially as a beginner, and there aren’t many cyclists out there going at an easy pace. This is why we’ve created the Ladies Rides. It’s a chance for the women of Sint Maarten to learn about their gears, improve their bicycle handling skills, and get a bit of exercise in a fun and unique way.
Each ride will be a new location but suitable for all ability levels. We’ve got three groups; beginners, intermediate and advanced – so whatever level you’re at, there will be a place for you. The first ride will be on February 6. We will be meeting at Trisport in Simpson Bay at 6:30am. If you don't have a bike, you can reserve one at Trisport for only $15. Just make sure to do so in advance by contacting 545-4384 or info [AT] trisportsxm [DOT] com. If you have your own ride, it's FREE! Just make sure to arrive 10 minutes early for the briefing and so we can help make any adjustments necessary.
