Dee-Ann crowned Miss Anguilla 2017

ANGUILLA–Dee-Ann Kentish-Rogers, sponsored by the Social Security Board, was crowned Miss Anguilla last week. She won from the four contestants who competed in the show held at the Landsome Bowl on August 9. She won in the Best Cultural Wear segment, the Swimsuit segment and the Swimsuit Fitness.

  The first runner-up was Aoife Gumbs who won the Best Interview section of the show. Aliyah Alfred was the winner for the Best Introductory Speech, the Best Evening Wear and the Best Costume. She also was chosen Miss Photogenic and Miss Congeniality.

    Dee-Ann is 24 years old and has a Bachelor of Law degree. She is currently working as an intern at Joyce Kentish and Associates law firm. She is a competent athlete and is keen to play a leading role in the development of sports in Anguilla.

  Her prizes include EC $12,000 in cash, a weekend stay at Belmond Cap Juluca, an iPad from Gadget City, a gift bag from Flow and a Gift Set from Fairplay Jewellery and Perfumes.
